Free child growth percentile tools, built by a physician

Growo

About Growo

Growo helps parents read a growth chart. The free tools at usegrowo.com place a child's weight, length or height, head circumference or BMI on the WHO (0-2 years) and CDC (2-20 years) curves, with national references such as Neyzi in Türkiye. They also give birth size for gestational age, corrected age for preterm babies, mid-parental height and milestones, in 17 languages with no sign-up, and through a free MCP server for AI assistants. The iOS and Android app (paid, with a free trial) adds tracking and a doctor-ready PDF report. Built by Dr. Barış Öztürk, MD.

Who is Growo for?

Parents of babies and young children who come home from a check-up with a percentile on the chart and no one to explain it. Before Growo they were searching forums or squinting at a printed chart. I'm an emergency physician; parents kept asking me what that number meant, so I built calculators that show the percentile, the WHO or CDC chart it came from, and nothing that pretends to be a diagnosis. Also useful for parents of preterm babies who need corrected age.

How does Growo work?

1. Open a calculator at usegrowo.com. No sign-up, in 17 languages. 2. Pick the reference (WHO, CDC or a national one such as Neyzi), then enter sex, date of birth and a measurement: weight, length or height, head circumference or BMI. Tick "Born preterm" to use corrected age. 3. Read the percentile and see the point on the curve it came from. To keep a history and share a doctor-ready PDF report, use the iOS or Android app (paid, with a free trial).
