About Rep Trace: Strength Training
Most gym apps feel like a filing cabinet: dig through hundreds of exercises just to log a set. Between rests I don’t want menus — I want to type something like “bench 4×8, fly 3×12” and move on. So Rep Trace uses natural language for logging. It also works with Apple Watch so I can follow the session and time rest between sets. After months in the gym I still forget what weight I used on a machine last time — so history isn’t optional, it’s the product.
I also built light review into the app: after a week or a month of logging, am I actually progressing? Should I lean cut or lean bulk? These were my own questions while training, and I wanted answers that live next to the log.
Who is Rep Trace: Strength Training for?

How does Rep Trace: Strength Training work?
