## About log8

Scorebook app for recreational sports, board games, esports, and casual competitions played with friends. Log match outcomes, scores, and photos across dozens of game types, from badminton and tennis to FIFA and chess. Other participants approve submitted scores before results become official, automatically updating group leaderboards, head-to-head statistics, and tournament brackets while keeping records private.

## Who is log8 for?

Friend groups, office leagues, college students, and casual club players who regularly play casual games together. It solves the headache for recreational players who previously relied on memory or informal group chat messages to track who won past matches, who leads the overall head-to-head rivalry, or who is winning the ongoing group tournament.

## How does log8 work?

Pick the game and players from the app, enter the score, and submit the outcome. All participants review the entry and tap to approve or disagree with the reported score. Once approved by everyone who played, the official result automatically updates career stats, head-to-head records, group room boards, and tournament ladders.
