About Lispr
A background desktop utility that listens to your voice when you press a key on your keyboard, and types the text directly at your cursor in any application. It performs instant dictation in your native tongue and translates your spoken words into target languages on the fly, outputting the result directly into your active workspace without requiring manual copy-pasting or app switching.
Who is Lispr for?
Multilingual professionals, developers, and writers who frequently type in multiple languages. Before this, they had to manually type out responses in languages they barely spoke, rely on clunky browser translation tools, copy-paste text back and forth, or deal with heavy dictation software that forced them to sign up for accounts and manage popups.
How does Lispr work?
First, hold down a hotkey to speak naturally in your native language. Second, to translate your speech, tap a secondary modifier key mid-sentence to select your destination language. Finally, release the keys to watch the final, translated text appear instantly right at your blinking cursor in any application.
