ChambaNOW
Hire local day laborers and trade workers in English or Spanish
About ChambaNOW
ChambaNOW is a bilingual (English/Spanish) marketplace connecting people and businesses with local day laborers and skilled trade workers. Launched in June 2026, it gets 80,000+ visits a month and has thousands of workers. Job posts are auto-translated between English and Spanish. Workers always use it free and get notified when a nearby job is posted. Hirers post jobs free (new hirers get a free month of unlimited job postings) and can message workers free about their posted job.
Who is ChambaNOW for?
Homeowners, contractors, landscapers, movers, property managers and small businesses that need local help, and day laborers and trade workers looking for jobs near them.
How does ChambaNOW work?
Post a job for free; it is auto-translated EN<->ES and nearby workers are notified. Workers post their skills and availability for free and get alerts when a matching job appears.
