BillingHub
Invoicing billed by the invoice, not by the month
About BillingHub
BillingHub is invoicing you pay for by the invoice. Create invoices, estimates and quotes, email them as PDFs, and let clients pay by card through your own connected Stripe account; the invoice is marked paid when the payment lands. Taxes attach to each line item at any rate, with 156 currencies and unlimited clients. Pricing is prepaid: 25 invoices for $25 or 100 for $75, packs that never renew, or a yearly plan of 300 invoices for $150 that adds recurring invoices and API access. Estimates and quotes cost nothing to send; a credit is spent only when an invoice is issued. Every new account starts with 3 invoices free, and the invoice generator on the site works with no signup.
Who is BillingHub for?
Freelancers, contractors and small agencies whose invoicing comes in bursts: a busy month, then a quiet one. Before, they paid a monthly subscription through the quiet months too, or used a free tool that stamped its own branding on the documents their clients saw. With BillingHub a month without invoices spends nothing, the documents carry only the seller's name and logo, and a client abroad can be billed in their own currency.
How does BillingHub work?
1. Sign up (3 invoices free) and add your business details and logo. 2. Create an invoice, estimate or quote: line items, a tax per line, the currency, then email it as a PDF. Clients can accept a quote from the link they receive. 3. Connect Stripe and the invoice email carries a pay button; when the client pays, the invoice is marked paid on its timeline. When the free three are used, buy a pack of 25 or 100 invoices, or the yearly plan.
